I am soo happy that i changed property managers. I had happydoors taking care of my property and it has been a nightmare. Dave Moyer has been soooo awesome helping me put my home back on the market. He responds to all my emails in a timely manner and he is honest and straight forward. I will say now DO NOT GET happydoors and consider this company to manage your property.

After two weeks of switching over from happydoors to Hawaii Sands Realty, David was able to find tenants for me. THANK YOU DAVID YOUR AWESOME!!
