Dave took over as property manager of my condo in Queen Emma Gardens in January 2019. In addition to making the transition seamless, he provided an online portal for viewing a variety of owner reports that made managing my accounts easy. When I decided to sell the property, he assisted with vacating the existing tenant, professionally marketing the property, and completing the sale. Despite a slowdown in sales in the complex at the time, my condo was one of only a handful that sold in Queen Emma Gardens during that period.
Dave also worked for me as my buying agent in early 2019. His knowledge of the market and communities on the island made finding the perfect location and property a pleasure. He was adept at planning and efficiently accomplished a truly remarkable number of property showings in the short time I had available. He worked with me to ascertain what I was looking for and all the properties we viewed perfectly fit my criteria. He guided me through the purchasing process of a condo at the Lele Pono in Pearl Ridge expertly. Based on the excellent service he provided as property manager of my other condo I hired him as my property manager for this condo as well. He professionally marketed the condo with a 3D virtual tour and video and found me excellent tenants at a good rent.
