He was professional but also kind and welcoming. We never met face to face, that’s what happens when you move 2,800 miles away during a pandemic, but he was able to answer all our questions and was understanding. The company was able to provide virtual touring of the home which helped us so much with figuring out if the place was big enough for us and if our furniture would fit. Overall it was a very smooth process for me and my husband, especially considering the times. When we are in the market to look for a new place to live we will be using Hawaii Sands Reality again!
