Melissa V. Dennis

My career began in the construction industry with my father’s company, Tyson’s Inc., where we serviced large commercial general contractors and homeowners in repair and remodel projects. In 2010, I discovered my true passion in real estate, specializing in Property Management. I have an extraordinary work ethic and am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients. Dedicated to excellence, I consistently strive to better myself both professionally and personally.

I’m a proud member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).

I was raised in Kailua on our family compound and later relocated to Ewa Beach. After seven wonderful years there, I happily returned to Kailua with my husband and children to raise our family. I love giving back to the community by volunteering at various no-kill animal shelters. In my free time, I enjoy boating, relaxing at the sandbar, and spending quality time with family and friends surrounded by good food.
