Laurie Suarez

Laurie is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and came to Hawaii through the military in 2001. She started in real estate in 2005 and joined Iroquois Point Island Club in 2006 specializing in property management of 240 townhomes. Following her time at Iroquois Point Island Club, Laurie worked as a full-time property manager and sales agent at Woodstock Properties and then Horita Realty where she was responsible for the direct oversight of more than 200 properties between 2015 to 2024.

Laurie is dedicated and always striving to provide excellent customer service to her clients by developing relationships with honest communication. Her expertise in property renovations and vendor relationships makes her a valued asset.

She is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors® and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and has been nominated for the Honolulu Board of Realtor’s Aloha Aina Awards.

As a mother of three children and two young grandchildren she enjoys spending time with them going to the beach, golfing, and roller skating. Living in Ocean Pointe in Ewa Beach since 2001, she is committed to this community!  She has served on her community board for approximately 10 years and is currently serving as President of the Board Ke Alohi Kai Association.
