Laurie Suarez

I’m originally from Jacksonville, Florida, and came to Hawai’i through the military in 2001. I started my real estate career in 2005 and joined Iroquois Point Island Club in 2006, specializing in the property management of 240 townhomes. After my time at Iroquois Point Island Club, I continued working as a full-time property manager and sales agent at Woodstock Properties, and later at Horita Realty, where I was responsible for the direct oversight of more than 200 properties between 2015 and 2024.

I’m dedicated to providing excellent customer service by building strong relationships with honest communication. My expertise in property renovations and vendor relationships has made me a valued asset to the teams and clients I work with.

I’m a proud member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®), and I’ve been honored with nominations for the Honolulu Board of Realtors’ Aloha Aina Awards.

As a mother of three and a proud grandmother of two young grandchildren, I love spending my free time with family — whether it’s going to the beach, golfing, or roller skating. I’ve lived in Ocean Pointe in Ewa Beach since 2001 and am deeply committed to my community. I have served on our community board for approximately 10 years and am currently serving as President of the Board for the Ke Alohi Kai Association.
