Kathryn has worked in Commercial Property Management since 2010 in Waikiki and is excited to be turning that focus towards residential property management and real estate. With a zeal for Town living, Kathryn is ready to help you with your investment property and residential real estate needs.

As a resident of the Waialae Nui Valley and a former resident of Palolo Valley, Kathryn enjoys the location and opportunity these and the surrounding neighborhoods offer. Having lived in East O’ahu for 15 years, she offers her experience as a tenant and an owner and recognizes the nuances that make East O’ahu unique.

Kathryn enjoys East O’ahu life with her husband, John, and her poi dog, Betty. She volunteers her time and resources to a cause very close to her heart, AccesSurf Hawai’i, a joyful organization that provides access to the ocean for persons with disabilities. Born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Texas, Kathryn’s love of the ocean and its many rewards is just one of the reasons she loves East O’ahu.
